Dialog Requested by Reporter

In most cases when a reporter creates a report, they can provide a PIN.  This PIN number will be used by the reporter to sign in to the CMS Anonymous Dialog portal page.  Once on their Anonymous Dialog page, the reporter can send an anonymous message to you regarding their report, view any files you've uploaded for them, and view any dialog messages that you have sent to them.

When the reporter creates and saves their dialog message on the Anonymous Dialog page, the message is stored in the CMS and an email is sent to all investigators on that report and administrators in some cases letting them know that the reporter created a dialog message on the report.

The following steps provide an example of the process after the reporter has sent a dialog message:

You will receive an email from Lighthouse Services (noreply@lighthouse-services.com) with the subject line: Dialog request from Lighthouse Services' Case Management System - Case Number xxxxxxxx.

The email may or may not contain the reporter's message depending on your company's CMS settings.  By default, the reporter's message will be included in the body of the email.

The email requests that you sign in to the CMS to view the reporter's message and respond to them.

Their message and every dialog message can be viewed in the CMS by clicking on the "Yes" link in the Dialog Available with Reporter column or by clicking the Manage Dialog row icon on the Incident Report page for that case number.

All messages will be collected, dated, and saved on this Dialog page for this case number.
