Forgot Password

If a user has forgotten their password, clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the Sign in page will display the following page.

 

The user should enter their user name and the CAPTCHA code and click Submit.  An email, which contains a link to create a new password, will be sent to the user.

 

To return to the Sign in page without requesting a new password link, click the Cancel button.
