The Manage Quick Response Messages page allows an administrator or user with Edit Settings permission to create messages for their company that can be quickly sent to a reporter or saved for a reporter from the Dialog page.  The Quick Response Messages defined on this page will be displayed on the Manage Dialog page and a user can choose which message to send to the reporter with a few clicks of their mouse.

A total of five messages can be added as Quick Response Messages.  Each message can be up to 1000 characters in length.
